Cultivate Life Consulting exists to house a range of health and community services that improve people’s lives and promote access to the community. Our main areas of focus include NDIS Support Coordination, NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Workshops; including one-on-one, corporate, and social participation.
The range of services available is for those seeking support in corporate and personal development, mental health, and psychosocial disability. There are varying billing options available for different services, from private invoicing to Medicare rebates and NDIS provisions.
Support Coordination—This service helps NDIS participants to understand and use your NDIS plan to pursue goals, support with NDIS Plan budgeting and NDIS Plan reviews, and connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching—A recovery coach is an NDIS-funded support who has mental health knowledge. A recovery coach will spend time with you, and people important to you, to get to know you and understand your needs. Assist you in finding out about different services and supports, and how these can help you. They will also support you in navigating your NDIS Plan, support you with budgeting, review processes and engaging services and supports that build your care team.
Workshop Events—A targeted topic or activity that goes for 1.5 hours with light refreshments, and relevant supplies provided. This service can be for corporate groups, social groups, one-on-one and NDIS participants
NDIS Short Term Accommodation or Respite Coordination—Short Term Accommodation, including respite, is funding for support and accommodation for a short time away from an NDIS participant’s usual home. It covers the cost of your care in another place for up to 14 days at a time. You might have a short stay with other people, or by yourself. It’s often funded when your usual carers aren’t available, or for you to try new things.
Allied Health Recommendations—include (but are not limited to) Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Support Work Recommendations
Our role is to come alongside, provide guidance, share insights, invite compassion and support you as you continue your journey.
“We are deliberate about creating safe spaces for people who want to be intentional with life and create a life that they truly love.”
